1. Acceptance of Terms

Prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD), depending on your selection at checkout. All prices are subject to any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which may be added at checkout where required. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors; by completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the relevant processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Syntech Lotus — including logos, text, graphics, and the digital products we sell — is protected by intellectual property rights and is either owned by SYNTECH LOTUS LIMITED or licensed to us. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership of the underlying content is transferred to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Syntech Lotus and SYNTECH LOTUS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
